It is really close to the MRT Station Lat Pharo, which made it easy to travel around the city. At about the same distance is also a 7 eleven to buy small things you need.

The shopping Mall (the tiny shops) within the same building was mostly closed/empty. There were also other bigger shops and restaurants, but there was nothing opens either. So basically just a few shops in the shopping Mall and every evening Infront of the hotel also some street shops were open. We also needed to wait for some time until one of the two elevators is available. The hotel has 20 floors, but just 2 elevators and two floors contain publicly accessable facilities (Caffee, Restaurant, public hall,...). So, it took quite some time to get up/down.

Very good stay with the exception of poor internet which was a pain.

The breakfast was good.

Next to subway station that can take you to many areas of Bangkok. Staff is good. Junior suite has a lot of space as you could get.

The elevator is not well managed. Due to a lot of tourists, you may found you have to wait longer in rush hour time. Tips: The Junior suite room, we took, has an air-flow from air conditioner to bed directly, which may make you get sick. You can turn the air conditioner off in bed room, leave the door to living room opened, air flow from living room is enough to give you nice temperature to sleep.

Good staff and location has made up the place but definitely not a 5 stars property.

Location is good, staff very helpful

Unfortunately the hotel is mainly catered for mainland Chinese tour groups. Even I am Chinese from Hong Kong but found the clients from this hotel are unbearable. Very loud, no manners and really shame on the nation. The breakfast place looks so horrid as space is not enough at all for the usage and the guests are like animals. Even Hong Kong is overloaded with people but I am so not used to see that and totally not acceptable to have breakfast in such a place. Sound proofing is poor and frequently hear shouting and doors banging from the corridor. I booked for Junior Suite but the bathroom definitely not a five stars property supposed to be . The tiles has black moulds , towels have ripped edges and the toiletries are below standard, bad and cheap qualities hence after washing my hair I felt like having straw hair. Definitely cannot rate as 5 stars property.

Worth every penny :)

Very near to the MRT. It is connected to the night bazaar. The price of the stuffs at the night bazaar was the same like those in Chatuchak market! Hotel smell so nice. There is a 24hrs supermarket attached to the hotel. There is also MCDonalds at the hotel. The room looks like a suite. Everything was just amazing!

The elevator is the pain point. Due to hotel got a lot of chinese tourists. It used times to travel to upper floor. But if you managed to avoid rush hour, you can travel between your room and lobby in peace.

Excellent hotel if you can get past the minor quirks.

Big room, comfortable king-sized bed with nice pillows. Staff can speak Chinese as the hotel serves a lot of Chinese guests, but English is barely passable at times.

Only 1 electrical outlet located at an inconvenient location (a 10ft USB cord could barely reach the bed), staticky TV with no English channels (only local Thai TV, no cable), lifts are inadequate for the amount of traffic this hotel sees at times.

The best stay in Bangkok I have been to as I travel to Bangkok at least twice a year.

The room was perfect as we were upgraded to a suite and it was a beautiful suite with an amazing bath tub. I absolutely loved the toilet and how spacious the room were. Breakfast in the room was much better compared to going down for breakfast for 350 bhatt. Room service and front desk were extremely helpful. The hotel was filled with many shops, massage parlor as well as pharmacy. It is also very accessible to train station about 2 mins walk. MUST STAY!!!!

Good bed. Nice room.

Hotel full of rude chinese people. When we were going to check out with our bags it took 30 min and the help from staff to get an elevaitor.

Good location, just a few minutes walk to MRT Ladprao station and it's not far from DMK airport. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall service is fine. Staff are very helpful with directions and travel guide.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!!

The hotel gave me a room with two windows without blinds. Woken up at 5:30 with the sun rise.... Then it is full of groups of very noisy tourists...shouting in the corridors... The breakfast is just the worst I have seen for long time. No laundry service !!!! Staff impolite and incompetent !!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!!
